Le paragraphe 1 de la sous-section 2 de la section 4 du chapitre I er du titre V du livre I er du code de l’urbanisme est complété par un article L. 151‑26 ainsi rédigé :  «  Art. L. 151‑26. – Afin de limiter l’artificialisation des sols, toute nouvelle implantation d’établissements industriels ou commerciaux, d’équipements collectifs ou de bâtiments affectés aux services publics, a l’obligation d’utiliser prioritairement les espaces déjà̀ artificialisés. »
