Summary

L’article L. 2224‑12‑1 du code général des collectivités territoriales est complété par sept alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Différents usages de l’eau, potable, ou non potable doivent être distingués : « 1° L’usage vital et gratuit ; « 2° L’usage domestique dit « récréatif »  ; « 3° L’usage administratif et public ; « 4° L’usage agricole ; « 5° L’usage industriel et commercial. « Une tarification différenciée est mise en place selon les différents usages précités et la réutilisation de l’eau est très largement privilégiée pour les usages ne justifiant pas l’utilisation de l’eau potable. »
