Après l’article L. 165‑10 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un article L. 165‑10‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 165‑10‑1. – Le délai maximal de remboursement des fauteuils roulants, véhicules divers et adjonctions, options et réparations applicables aux fauteuils roulants inscrits au titre IV de la liste mentionnée au premier alinéa à l’article L. 165‑1 est fixé à deux mois à compter de la réception de la demande de remboursement. « Les modalités d’application du présent article sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
