Après l’article L. 141‑9 du code de l’urbanisme, il est inséré un article L. 141‑9-1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 141‑9-1. ‒ Le document d’orientation et d’objectifs peut également, lorsque le taux de résidences secondaires par rapport au parc total d’immeubles à usage d’habitation est supérieur à 20 %, délimiter des secteurs dans lesquels un pourcentage de résidences principales minimum est défini. »
