Summary

Le code d’entrée et de séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile est ainsi modifié : 1° Le livre IV est abrogé. 2° Après l’article L. 711‑6, il est inséré un article L. 711‑7 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 711‑7. –  Le ressortissant étranger reconnu comme réfugié au titre de l'article L. 711‑1 du présent code peut demander à bénéficier de son droit à être rejoint, au titre du regroupement familial, par son conjoint, si ce dernier est âgé d’au moins dix-huit ans, et les enfants du couple mineurs de dix-huit ans. »
