Substituer aux alinéas 6 à 8 les deux alinéas suivants : « Aucun établissement de santé ou établissement et service social ou médico-social ne peut être tenu d’organiser en son sein la mise en œuvre d’une procédure d’aide à mourir. « Les établissements qui sont disposés à participer à la mise en œuvre de la procédure prévue à la sous‑section 3 de la présente section se déclarent à la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 1111‑12‑13. »
