Summary

L’article L. 320-12 du code de la sécurité intérieure est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La dénomination sociale d’un opérateur de jeux d’argent et de hasard ne peut être utilisée pour désigner une infrastructure sportive située sur le territoire national, ni pour désigner une compétition, une manifestation ou une épreuve sportive organisée sur le territoire national. Cette interdiction s’applique également à toute dénomination commerciale, marque ou signe distinctif d’un opérateur de jeux d’argent et de hasard. »
