Summary

Après le 5° de l'article L. 320-12 du code de la sécurité intérieure, il est inséré un 6° ainsi rédigé : « 6° Interdite dans les services de télévision et de radio, au sens de l'article 2 de la loi n° 86-1067 du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication, sur la période qui s'étend de cinq minutes avant le début de la diffusion d'une manifestation ou rencontre sportive à cinq minutes après la fin de celle-ci. »
