Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « III. – Dans l’année suivant la promulgation de la présente loi, la mise en œuvre de la gratuité des parcs de stationnement des établissements publics de santé fait l’objet d’une concertation préalable entre l’établissement concerné, la commune d’implantation et les autorités organisatrices de la mobilité compétentes afin d’assurer la coordination des aménagements nécessaires et la prévention du stationnement abusif. » « La présente loi est applicable le 1 er janvier de l’année suivant celle de sa promulgation. »
