Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1°  bis (nouveau) Après la première phrase du même III, il est inséré une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Chaque accès au dossier médical partagé par un professionnel participant au suivi de son état de santé, en application de l’article L. 4624‑1 du code du travail, doit faire l’objet d’une information claire sur sa finalité et d’un accord exprès du salarié. » ; ».
