Après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « II bis . – Lorsqu’il existe des indices graves et concordants de commission des infractions prévues aux articles 313‑1, 313‑2, 321‑1, 441‑1, 441‑6, 434‑23 du code pénal et à l’article L. 8221‑1 du code du travail, l’organisme payeur peut, à titre conservatoire, suspendre le versement des prestations, pour une durée strictement limitée, jusqu’à l’intervention d’une décision de l’autorité judiciaire ou administrative compétente. »
