Après le premier alinéa de l’article 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1° A Le premier alinéa de l’article L. 114‑16 est ainsi rédigé : « L’autorité judiciaire communique aux organismes de protection sociale, sauf si cela compromet une procédure en cours, toute indication qu’elle recueille, à l’occasion de toute procédure judiciaire, de nature à faire présumer une fraude commise en matière sociale ou une manœuvre quelconque ayant eu pour objet ou pour résultat de frauder ou de compromettre le recouvrement des cotisations et contributions sociales. » ».
