I. – À l’alinéa 6, après le mot : « demande » : insérer les mots : « soit directement, soit par l’intermédiaire de ses directives anticipées définies à l’article L. 1111‑11 si elles ont été rédigées ou mises à jour récemment selon un délai fixé par décret, ». II. – En conséquence, compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – Quand la personne a accès à l’aide à mourir par l’intermédiaire de ses directives anticipées en application du I de l’article L. 1111‑12‑1 du code de la santé publique, tel qu'il résulte de l'article 1 de la présente loi, l’article 18 de la présente loi n’est pas applicable. »
