Après l’article L. 6316‑1 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un article L. 6316‑1-1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 6316‑1-1. – I. – Les actes de téléconsultation sont réalisés par le biais d’une maison de santé pluridisciplinaire, d’une officine ou d’une collectivité afin de garantir un meilleur encadrement de cette pratique. « II. – Les conditions de mise en œuvre du I sont déterminées par décret. »
