Summary

Après l’alinéa 2, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « L’employeur peut, lorsque les nécessités du fonctionnement de l’entreprise ou du service public s’y opposent, reporter l’absence demandée dans un délai de trente jours au plus. Le report est motivé et notifié par écrit à l’employé avant la date de l’absence demandée. À défaut de réponse, l’autorisation est réputée acquise. »
