Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 4, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « c) Après le quatrième alinéa, est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Au plus tard le 1 er janvier 2025, le montant des pénalités applicables aux produits soumis au principe de responsabilité élargie du producteur en application du 11° de l’article L. 541‑10‑1 est fixé par arrêté, selon une trajectoire progressive aboutissant à une pénalité maximale de 10 euros par produit en 2030. » II. – Supprimer l’alinéa 13.
