L’article L. 1511‑1 du code des transports est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, après le mot : « économique », est inséré le mot : « , environnementale » ; 2° Au deuxième alinéa, après le mot : « économiques », est inséré le mot : « , environnementaux » ; 3° Le troisième alinéa est complété par une phrase ainsi rédigée : « Ils sont compatibles avec la stratégie nationale bas-carbone mentionnée à l’article L. 222‑1 B du code de l’environnement et à la stratégie nationale pour la biodiversité mentionnée à l’article L. 110‑3 du code de l’environnement. »
