Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 8 par les mots : « dans un format ouvert librement utilisable et exploitable par un système de traitement automatisé. » II. – Après l’alinéa 8, insérer un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Dans des conditions déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État, le défaut de transmission des informations nécessaires au contrôle du respect de l’obligation prévue au I est passible d’une amende d’un montant maximal de 0,1 % du chiffre d’affaires réalisé en France hors taxes du dernier exercice clos. »
