Summary

L’article L. 111‑8 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les travaux portant sur un établissement recevant du public sont dispensés de l’autorisation lorsque la durée d’occupation est inférieure à six mois. Ils font l’objet d’une déclaration préalable à l’autorité administrative indiquant la durée d’occupation de l’établissement. Pour les surfaces supérieures à 1000 mètres carrés un rapport favorable d’un bureau de contrôle est joint à la déclaration préalable. »
