Summary

La loi n° 65‑557 du 10 juillet 1965 fixant le statut de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis est ainsi modifiée : 1° Le II de l’article 24 est complété par un j ainsi rédigé : «  j)  L’autorisation donnée à certains copropriétaires d’effectuer à leurs frais des travaux affectant les parties communes ou l’aspect extérieur de l’immeuble, et conformes à la destination de celui-ci. » ; 2° Le b de l’article 25 est supprimé.
