I. – Rédiger ainsi la seconde phrase de l’alinéa 9 : « Un accord interprofessionnel étendu en application de l’article L. 632‑3 fixe la date de début de l’expérimentation pour chacun des produits agricoles de la filière concerné par l’expérimentation ». II. – En conséquence, à l’alinéa 10, substituer aux mots : « par le décret », les mots : « en vertu de l’accord interprofessionnel étendu ».
