Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 1, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1° A La dernière ligne de la première colonne du tableau B de l’article 265 du code des  douanes est ainsi rédigée : « La part de carburant constitué d’au moins 30 % d’esters méthyliques d’acides gras » II. – La perte de recettes résultant pour l’État du I ci-dessus est compensée, à due concurrence, par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits prévus aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
