Après l’article L. 221‑3 du code de l’action sociale et des familles, il est inséré un article L. 221‑3-1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 221‑3-1 . – L’État, en lien avec les départements, met en œuvre une stratégie nationale d’harmonisation des systèmes d’information du secteur de l’enfance protégée en vue de disposer d’un système d’information national abouti au 1 er janvier 2028. »
