Après l’alinéa 13, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Toute ordonnance de sûreté de l’enfant délivrée par le procureur de la République est transmise sans délai au juge des enfants. Celui-ci statue sur son maintien, sa modification ou sa mainlevée dans un délai de soixante-douze heures à compter de sa délivrance. »
