Summary

Chaque dépense fiscale fait l’objet d’une évaluation a minima tous les cinq ans. À défaut de remise du rapport au Parlement avant le 30 juin suivant ou de reconduction expresse, la dépense est abrogée au 1 er janvier suivant. La liste des dépenses fiscales est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé des comptes publics après consultation de la Cour des comptes. Cette liste est mise à jour a minima tous les trois ans.
