Summary

I. – Le II de l’article 150 U du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié :  1° À la fin du premier alinéa du 7° , l’année : « 2022 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2024 » ; 2° Au premier alinéa du 8° , l’année : « 2022 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2024 ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er  du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
