Summary

I. – L’article 976 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le mot : « condition », la fin du III est ainsi rédigée : « que la durée du bail soit au minimum de dix-huit ans. » 2° Après la première occurrence du mot, la fin du IV est ainsi rédigée : « les baux consentis par le groupement répondent aux conditions prévues au III. » 2° Le V est abrogé. II. – La perte de recettes est compensée par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts.
