L’article L. 312‑58 du code des impositions sur les biens et services est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Ce tarif réduit n’est pas applicable aux produits mentionnés au premier alinéa lorsque le déplacement s’effectue par voie aérienne et à l’intérieur du territoire français, hors vols à destination et en provenance des territoires d’Outre-mer et de la Corse. »
