Summary

I. – Après le 1° du 2 de l’article 92 du code général des impôts, il est inséré un 1°  bis ainsi rédigé : « 1°  bis Les produits des opérations d’achat, de vente et d’échange de crypto-actifs effectuées dans des conditions analogues à celles qui caractérisent une activité exercée par une personne se livrant à titre professionnel à ce type d’opérations. » II. – Le I est applicable à compter du 1 er janvier 2020.
