Summary

L’article 1519 C du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au début de la première phrase du 1° , le taux : « 50 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 30 % » ; 2° Après le 4° , il est inséré un 5° ainsi rédigé : « 5° 20 % sont affectés aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale du littoral en proximité immédiate d’où des installations sont visibles. Ce pourcentage est réparti à raison entre l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale et une fraction de ce produit pourra être réaffecté aux communes non-littorales de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale. »
