Ban companies from using any personal data to train AI without explicit consent

United Kingdom · UK Parliament · 15 December 2025

We would like the government to pass a law that specifically bans the usage of personal data for AI training without the express and obvious consent freely given by the user. We want the Government to do this, because we feel that the usage of personal data in AI training is a heavy breach of privacy. We are concerned many companies follow these practices making it almost impossible to remove one's self from the AI training dataset. It has been known for personal information to crop up in generative AI trained on that person's data, and for many of us is not a risk we are willing to take.

Regulate the use of AI generated footage in the public domain

United Kingdom · UK Parliament · 13 December 2025

I would like legislation passed which forces anyone posting AI generated content to clearly show that the footage is AI generated, either by means of an AI logo clearly displayed throughout the footage or a disclaimer at the start of the footage with financial penalties for anyone found in breach. I feel that it has become increasingly difficult to tell fact from fiction. The potential for harm is considerable. We are often fed misinformation on any range of topics. Take recent examples like brexit where certain individuals twisted narratives to suit their own agendas. Also, fake footage showing police brutality/ineptitude which undermines public trust. Imagine the possible damage in the run up to an election or the potential damage caused to innocent people. This needs to be controlled.

Question 11544 — papiers d'identité

France · National Assembly · 9 December 2025

Question 11516 — justice

France · National Assembly · 9 December 2025

Question 11467 — emploi et activité

France · National Assembly · 9 December 2025

Question· Question écrite11448answered

Question 11448 — consommation

France · National Assembly · 9 December 2025
