Après l’article L. 216‑1 du code de l’éducation, il est inséré un article L. 216‑1‑1 ainsi rédigé :  «  Art. L. 216‑1‑1 . – Les collectivités territoriales peuvent contribuer à la mise en place de politiques publiques relatives à la prévention et au traitement des faits constitutifs de harcèlement au sens de l’article 222‑33‑2‑3 du code pénal. »
