Après l’alinéa 13, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « III bis . – Le résultat de la concertation collégiale pluriprofessionnelle est présenté par le médecin à un juge du tribunal judiciaire du ressort du domicile de l’intéressé afin de vérifier la régularité de la procédure et le caractère libre et éclairé du consentement de l’intéressé. Le juge statue en urgence, après avoir rencontré l’intéressé, sans possibilité d’appel. »
