I. – Le troisième alinéa du VI de l’article 302 bis K du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : Destination finale Passager voyageant dans un jet privé dit « aviation d’affaire » Passager pouvant bénéficier, sans supplément de prix, de services à bord auxquels l’ensemble des passagers ne peut accéder gratuitement Autre passager Destination à moins de 2200km (France, un autre État membre de l’Union européenne, un autre État partie à l’accord sur l’Espace Économique européen, la Confédération suisse, pays du Maghreb 500 € 180 € 30 € Destination à plus de 2200km 2000 € 400 € 60 €  II. – Cette modification entre en vigueur au plus tard le 31 décembre 2022.
