L. 236‑3‑1. – Est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 euros d’amende le fait, pour toute personne ayant déjà fait l’objet d’au moins trois condamnations définitives au cours des cinq années précédentes pour l’une des infractions prévues aux articles L. 233‑1, L. 234‑1, L. 235‑1, L. 236‑1, L. 236‑2, L. 324‑2 ou L. 324‑4, de commettre à nouveau l’une de ces infractions. » ; ».
