Summary

La sous-section 3 de la section 1 du chapitre Ier du titre IV du livre VI du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complétée par un article L. 641‑11‑3 ainsi rédigé  «  Art. L. 641‑11‑3 . – La reconnaissance pour un produit agricole ou alimentaire d’une protection au titre d’une indication géographique ne fait pas obstacle à ce qu’un autre produit agricole ou alimentaire, ne bénéficiant pas de cette protection, puisse utiliser l’indicatif géographique ainsi protégé aux fins, notamment, d’assurer sa promotion ou sa valorisation. »
