Summary

L’article L. 328‑1 du code de la route est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, après le mot : « accompagnée », sont insérés les mots : « d’une évaluation du coût de revient kilométrique et » ; 2° Après le premier alinéa, est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Tout support décrivant les caractéristiques essentielles d’un véhicule doit mentionner son coût de revient kilométrique. Cette obligation ne s’applique qu’aux vendeurs professionnels. »
