Summary

Après le troisième alinéa de l’article L. 315‑1 du code de l’énergie, il es inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Lorsqu’une installation, exploitée conformément au présent article, est installée sur un bâtiment occupé par plusieurs personnes, le producteur peut reporter tout ou partie des charges liées à l’installation sur les occupants du bâtiment selon les modalités convenues avec ces derniers. »
