I. – Après le mot : « extra‑embryonnaires » rédiger ainsi la fin de l’alinéa 4 : « ne peuvent être entrepris sans autorisation de l’Agence de la biomédecine. Ces protocoles ne peuvent être autorisés que si : ». II. – En conséquence, après le même alinéa 4, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 1° La pertinence scientifique de la recherche est établie ; « 2° La recherche, fondamentale ou appliquée, s’inscrit dans une finalité médicale. »
