Summary

I. – Après l’alinéa 24, insérer l’alinéa suivant : «  d) À la fin du même IV, la date : « 31 décembre 2022 » est remplacée par la date : « 1 er janvier 2024 » . II. – Compléter cet article par les deux alinéas suivants : « V. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. « VI. – Le I n’est applicable qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû. »
