Le chapitre II du titre II bis du livre VII de code de la sécurité intérieure est complété par un article L. 726‑3 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 726‑3 . – Dans les entreprises de plus de 250 salariés, une journée est consacrée tous les trois ans à la formation des salariés et stagiaires aux premiers secours et aux gestes qui sauvent ainsi qu’à la promotion de l’engagement en tant que sapeur-pompier volontaire ou bénévole d’une association de sécurité civile agréée au titre de l’article L. 725‑1. »
