Après l’alinéa 3, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « 1° AB – Après l’article L. 401‑2-1 du même code, il est inséré un article L. 401‑2-2 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 401‑2-2 . – Les établissements d’enseignement scolaire disposant d’une formation d’enseignement supérieur rendent également publiques des statistiques comportant des indicateurs permettant de mesurer la parité d’élèves dans les classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles. « Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret. »
