L'article L. 212-10 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Un tarif national applicable aux procédures d’identification d’un animal domestique au sens de l’article L. 212‑12, lorsqu’elles sont réalisées par les cabinets vétérinaires auprès des particuliers propriétaires d’animaux, est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’agriculture. »
