Summary

Après l’article L. 243‑7‑7 du code de la sécurité sociale, il est inséré un article L. 243‑7‑8 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 243‑7‑8 . – Lorsque le contrôle est effectué au sein de l’entreprise, les documents ou supports d’information ne peuvent être emportés par l’inspecteur à l’organisme qu’après autorisation du cotisant. « Le cotisant doit avoir la possibilité d’un débat oral et contradictoire avec l’inspecteur du recouvrement sous peine d’irrégularité de la procédure de contrôle. »
