L’article L. 47 AA du livre des procédures fiscales est ainsi modifié : 1° Au 1, les mots : « le contribuable », sont remplacés par les mots : « éventuellement renouvelé une fois pour la même durée, et sur demande du contribuable, celui-ci » ; 2° À la première phrase du 3, après le mot : « peut », sont insérés les mots : « , après en avoir informé le contribuable, » ; 3° Au 4, après le mot : « administration, », sont insérés les mots : « , après respect d’un débat oral et contradictoire, ».
