L. 1111‑12‑12‑1 . – Le volontariat prévu au présent article et à l’article L. 1111‑12‑12 est strictement individuel. « Aucun établissement de santé, établissement ou service médico-social ne peut se déclarer volontaire ou non volontaire pour la mise en œuvre de l’assistance à mourir. « Le fait, pour un établissement ou un service, de ne pas compter en son sein de professionnels volontaires ne peut faire obstacle à l’intervention de professionnels volontaires extérieurs, dans les conditions prévues par la présente section. »
