Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : L’article 9 de la loi n° 2000‑614 du 5 juillet 2000 relative à l’accueil et à l’habitat des gens du voyage est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase du troisième alinéa du II, les mots : « qui ne peut être inférieur à » sont remplacés par le mot : « de » ; 2° À la dernière phrase du II bis , le mot : « quarante‑huit » est remplacé par le mot : « vingt‑quatre ».
