Summary

Après le septième alinéa de l’article L. 143‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les aliénations de la nue-propriété des biens mentionnés au présent article, exclus du droit de préemption en vertu de l’alinéa précédent, sont soumis à la procédure d’autorisation préalable prévue au chapitre III du titre III du livre III lorsque le seuil d’agrandissement significatif apprécié dans les conditions prévues audit chapitre est dépassé. »
