Après l’alinéa 10, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « IV bis . – Les bailleurs sociaux mentionnés à l’article L. 411‑10 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ont l’obligation de réserver en priorité l’attribution d’une part de leurs logements aux personnes victimes de violences au sein d’un couple pour répondre au besoin d’hébergement d’urgence. »
