Rédiger ainsi cet article : Après l’article L. 1222‑9 du code du travail, il est inséré un article L. 1229-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1229‑1 . – Le télétravail est de droit, deux jours par semaine, pour toute salariée enceinte dont les missions sont éligibles à cette forme d’organisation du travail. Ce droit prévaut à compter du deuxième trimestre de grossesse. La liste des missions éligibles au télétravail est définie par accord de branche ou, à défaut, par accord d’entreprise. »
